We slept late and glassed a little around camp. We are changing our plans again and will be hunting the bears when the bears like to move - all through the night.

We set up this tent with a sleeping bag 30 yards from the river bank.

I took my one-man bivy tent and we headed upriver. Stan and I hunted together until midnight until he got tired. I stayed up to watch the river. Our plan was simple, we would watch the river in shifts - all night and morning then go back to the plane camp and sleep for a few hours during the day.
